Implementation is a monthly retainer plus a custom setup fee scoped to the build: Workflow Launch from $1,499/mo for one high-value system built and run for you, Operations Growth Partner from $3,500/mo for a new system every month, and Fractional AI Operations Partner by application from $8,500/mo to own the entire function. A one-time team workshop is $2,200 remote or $4,500 on-site. The setup fee is scoped on the free qualifying call, so you see the exact plan, price and ROI before you pay anything. It is also protected: if your first system isn't live and running by day 30 from kickoff, the setup fee is refunded in full. The only condition is timely access to the accounts the build depends on — if we're waiting on you, the clock pauses until we're unblocked.
